The Mercury Calibrator SM4-6 MC-3000 Series 2788 is designed for manual calibration of mercury analyzers, specifically the UT-3000 Mercury Ultratracer. The calibrator enables accurate generation and injection of a defined amount of mercury-containing gas, ensuring precise and traceable calibration of mercury measurements.

During calibration, a known gas volume is withdrawn from the calibrator using a special syringe and injected into the analyzer’s calibration port. Based on the injected volume and the calibration cell temperature, the analyzer automatically calculates the corresponding mercury mass, ensuring reliable and repeatable calibration results.
