The Sampling Line (Heating Line) SDL is designed to transport gas samples from the stack to downstream analysis systems while maintaining the sample temperature above the dew point. Equipped with an integrated heating system, the SDL prevents condensation inside the line, ensuring that the gas composition remains unchanged during transmission.

Engineered for high-temperature flue gas applications, the heating line features a multi-layer composite structure combining high-temperature-resistant materials, efficient thermal insulation, and reliable heat-tracing technology. This design ensures stable temperature control, mechanical protection, and long-term performance in harsh industrial and environmental monitoring applications such as CEMS.
