The UFO Filter 2000 is a sterile vent and liquid filtration solution designed for use with fermenters, carboys, and CO₂ incubators with volumes ranging from 6 to 120 liters. It effectively protects systems from microbial contamination while allowing safe gas exchange, making it ideal for biotechnology, laboratory, and pharmaceutical applications.

In addition to sterile venting, the UFO Filter 2000 can also be used for filtration of aqueous solutions and supports online sterilization processes, providing flexibility for various laboratory and process setups. Its robust construction, featuring a PTFE filter body reinforced with polypropylene and a polypropylene membrane, ensures chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and reliable performance during repeated sterilization cycles. The compact internal volume minimizes sample loss and supports efficient process control.
